Younedia Digital Marketing Agency is seeking interns to complete our Internship Program goals of providing quality internships for undergraduate and graduate students while offering training support with polished “hard” skills in the digital marketing sector and “soft” personal and professional development skills.
As a Winter/Spring or Summer/Fall intern, you will have the opportunity to help our firm fulfill our mission of helping small business owners and organizations with their digital marketing efforts. In this role, interns will assist in a myriad of digital marketing, website, and administrative tasks. Interns will be tasked with research projects, data entry, performing clerical duties, managing internal company records, sending cold emails, assisting in basic project management, and more importantly, make a significant contribution to our execution plan.
Program Objectives
Assemble a cohort of participating interns that reflects the diversity of Indian students with a particular focus on students from disadvantaged communities and economic backgrounds
Attract and prepare a diverse range of students for careers in the digital marketing sector to ensure that the industry has a wealth of talent to fill the industry demand for good quality jobs
Position YouNedia Digital Marketing Agency as a valued partner to small businesses and organizations nationwide by identifying student career development needs, share resources and information to support fieldwork/career experiences, inform short- and long-term program outcomes and disseminate program learnings to make internships scalable and sustainable

Daily responsibilities are assigned upon onboarding based on core competencies and include:
Creating creative social graphics for company social media accounts
Monitoring brand reputation of client accounts
Sending cold email to potential leads
Testing website functionality
Responding to basic customer service inquires
Writing copy for landing pages, ads, and social content
Providing ideas for ongoing client campaigns
Providing website feedback and user testing
Editing product shots
Identifying new industry trends that can uplift campaigns and marketing outreach
Use Google Analytics to evaluate performance of client campaigns
Seek out ad-hoc projects to streamline existing processes
Develop marketing materials for company projects
Ability To:
Work in a fast paced environment
Work independently with minimal oversight
Develop new skills over time
Pay close attention to detail
Maintain strong organizational skill and project management skills

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Major or career interest in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Video Production, Software Engineering, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Pay:
Unpaid with commission incentive
Students may apply for work-study credits through their college or university
